Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid online account on www.udharopay.com. Participation is limited to one account per customer.

Definitions

Customer: Individual who creates an account or makes a purchase.
Udharo Gift Credit: Initial $5 store credit on account creation or first purchase.
Udharo Bonus Credit: Additional store credit earned for each voluntary repayment.

Offer Period

The offer begins 1 October 2025 and continues until terminated with 14 days’ notice posted on the website.

Gift Provision

Each new account (or first purchase) receives a $5 non‑repayable Udharo Gift Credit with no obligation.

Voluntary Repayment & Bonus Credit

Customers may repay the initial Gift or subsequent Bonus Credits anytime. Each successful repayment triggers an additional $5 Udharo Store Credit.

Credit Accumulation

Each repayment adds $5 to last Store Credit. Customers may stop at any time—accrued credit remains (subject to expiry rules).

Credit Usage & Expiry

Credits apply to eligible online partner purchases, are non‑cash, non‑transferable, may not combine with other promos unless stated, and expire 12 months after issuance.

Tax, GST & Accounting

The Gift Credit is recorded as a marketing expense and liability. Bonus Credit redemptions reduce liability. Customers incur no additional tax from issuance.

Modification & Termination

We may amend or end the offer with at least 14 days’ posted notice.
